About

The Iraq Victory Party Association (IVPA) is a patriotic group of Cape Girardeau / Jackson area residents who feel strongly that the Women and Men who protect the United States of America deserve the very best from the citizens they protect.  To that end, we decided to celebrate the end of the Iraq War and its Victory in a celebration on the 9th Anniversary of the Start of Operations, March 20th, 2012.
